When you register using Firebase Authentication, we collect your email address and encrypted authentication credentials. This information is used only for account security and login purposes.
User Input Data
This includes business-related data you manually enter, such as:
Client names
Product and stock details
Invoices
Expense records
Media & Files (Optional)
Users may optionally select product photos, business logos, or documents using the Android system file/photo picker.
The app does not request broad access to your photos or videos
Files are accessed only when you explicitly choose them
Selected files are used only within the app for business functionality

📌 Important:
The app does not request photo, video, or storage permissions such as READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, or READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE. All file access is user-initiated via system pickers.

5. Data Retention and Deletion
Local Data
All data stored locally on your device is removed when the app is uninstalled.

Users may request deletion of:
Their entire account
Specific business data (invoices, files, images)
Deletion can be requested by:
Using the Delete Account option inside the app (if available), or
Submitting a request through our Data Deletion Form:

All requests are processed within 7 days, and Firebase authentication records are permanently deleted.
