2. Terms of Service (Terms of Use)
Welcome to TicX Arena. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TicX Arena mobile application, content, and related services ("Services") provided by the developer ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using TicX Arena, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the application.
2.1 Eligibility and Acceptance
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your country) to use TicX Arena. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2.2 License and Permitted Use
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download, install, and play TicX Arena on personal compatible devices strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the app.
- Exploit cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or unauthorized third-party tools.
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive scripts.
- Use the app for any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent purpose.
- Submit offensive, vulgar, abusive, or infringing player nicknames.
2.3 In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
TicX Arena may offer virtual content, premium passes, ad-free experiences, and auto-renewable subscriptions ("In-App Purchases").
- Billing: All financial transactions are processed securely through Google Play In-App Billing. We do not store or process your credit card or payment details.
- Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly) unless cancelled by you at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date via your Google Play Account > Payments & Subscriptions settings.
- Virtual Currency and Items: Virtual items, tokens, or perks obtained within the game have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and cannot be transferred to third parties.
- Refunds: Refund requests for in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled in accordance with the standard Google Play Refund Policy. EEA/EU consumers may have statutory rights to withdrawal subject to digital content performance rules provided by Google Play.
2.4 Multiplayer, Online Rooms, and Leaderboards
TicX Arena provides online multiplayer matchmaking, private friend game rooms, and global leaderboards.
- Online leaderboard scores and nicknames are publicly displayed to other players.
- We reserve the right to remove, reset, or suspend any scores, nicknames, or room lobbies that violate fair play, engage in collusion, or display abusive language.
2.5 Advertisements and Third-Party Services
TicX Arena may display third-party advertisements (such as Google AdMob) and utilize third-party backend technologies (such as Firebase / Cloud Firestore). Your interaction with third-party advertisers and service providers is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
2.6 Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights, trademarks, game designs, visual aesthetics, sound effects, music, characters, code, and graphical assets in TicX Arena are the intellectual property of the developer or licensed providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights to any materials in the application.
2.7 Disclaimer of Warranties
TicX Arena is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.
2.8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or personal device failure arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use TicX Arena.
2.9 Right to Modify and Terminate
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, update, or discontinue any feature, game mode, or service within TicX Arena at any time with or without prior notice. We may terminate or restrict your access if you breach any provision of these Terms.
2.10 Changes to these Terms
We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of TicX Arena after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
