What is Bizvy?
Bizvy is a business-management toolkit for organising tasks such as billing, inventory, client records, expenses and reports.
Where does the desktop download button lead?
It should link directly to your official desktop installer. Before publishing, add that installer URL in the DESKTOP_DOWNLOAD_URL setting near the bottom of this HTML file.
Can I view this website on a phone or tablet?
Yes. The website layout adapts to desktop, tablet and phone screens. The main call to action is specifically for the desktop version; this page does not advertise a separate mobile-app download.

We are committed to handling personal and business information safely, transparently and responsibly. This policy explains how information is collected, used and safeguarded when you use the Bizvy mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
Account information
When you register or sign in using Firebase Authentication or Google Sign-In, information may include:
- Email address
- Basic profile details, such as name and profile picture when provided via Google Sign-In
- Authentication information handled by the authentication provider
This information is used for authentication, account management and security.
Business data
Information you enter may include client and customer details, product and stock details, invoices, quotes, receipts, and expense or income records.
Camera, media and files
- Camera access may be used when you initiate barcode or QR scanning or take product and receipt photos.
- Photos and documents may be accessed when you select a business logo, signature or attachment.
- OCR and PDF tools may process selected content on your device to extract text, sign PDFs or generate documents.
2. App Permissions and Usage
- Internet: may be used for authentication, cloud backup or sync, purchases and advertisements.
- Camera: used when you actively start a scanning or photo feature.
- In-app billing: used for Google Play purchases and subscriptions.
- Storage and media: the app is designed to use system file and photo pickers rather than broad storage access.
3. Purchases and Subscriptions
Where available in the app, the subscription plans described in the app or Google Play listing apply. The listed pricing in the supplied policy was:
- ₹29 / month Monthly subscription
- ₹299 / year Yearly subscription
Prices, available plans and features can change; check the current Google Play purchase screen before subscribing. Payments are handled through Google Play Billing. Bizvy does not itself ask you to provide a card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials in a separate payment form.
Subscriptions generally renew unless cancelled under the terms shown by Google Play. You can manage subscriptions in Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Refunds are subject to Google Play's applicable policies.
4. Third-Party Services

- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): advertising in the free version; advertising services may process device or advertising identifiers. See AdMob policies.

- Backup and synchronisation where those features are enabled

We do not sell, rent or trade personal or business data to advertisers or third parties.
6. Data Storage and Security
- Local data: some information may be kept in the app's local storage. Uninstalling the app can remove local-only data.
- Encryption: network communication is intended to use HTTPS/TLS when supported by the connected service.
- Security: reasonable measures are used to protect information from unauthorised access.
7. Account and Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by submitting the Data Deletion Request Form or emailing Bizvy@Snolove.in. Requests are verified before processing. The original policy stated a target of seven business days; the actual time may depend on verification, applicable requirements and data held by service providers.
8. Children's Privacy
Bizvy is designed for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The effective or updated date will be changed when a new version is published.

Bizvy provides a business productivity workspace designed to help merchants, freelancers, and small business operators manage invoices, quotes, receipts, stock inventory, expenses, and client records.
4. User Accounts & Security
When creating an account or signing in via authentication providers (such as Google Sign-In or Firebase Authentication):
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and updated registration details.
- Notify us immediately at Bizvy@Snolove.in if you suspect unauthorized account access.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Where premium plans or features are unlocked via in-app purchases:
- Payments are processed securely through official platform billing providers (such as Google Play Billing).
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your store account settings prior to the billing renewal cycle.
- Refund requests are subject to the applicable marketplace policies.
6. User Data & Intellectual Property
Your Data: You retain full ownership of all business records, customer details, invoices, and files entered into Bizvy. We do not sell or monetize your business records.
Our Software: The Bizvy interface design, source code, logos, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of Snolove.
7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
Bizvy is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Bizvy is a record-keeping and administrative tool and does not constitute certified legal, financial, or tax advice. Users remain solely responsible for compliance with local tax regulations and financial record-keeping obligations.
8. Account Deletion
You can request account and data removal by contacting Bizvy@Snolove.in or by submitting our data removal request form. Confirmed records are permanently expunged.
