This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
To provide a complete business management experience, we collect the following types of information:
A. Account Information
When you register or sign in using Firebase Authentication or Google Sign-In, we collect:
Email address
Basic profile details (name and profile picture, if provided via Google Sign-In)
Secure, encrypted authentication credentials
This information is used strictly for authentication, account management, and security.
B. User Business Data
This includes business-related data you manually enter into the app:
All business records are stored securely and remain under your direct control.
C. Camera, Media & Files (User-Initiated Only)
Camera Access: Used strictly when you scan barcodes/QR codes or capture product and receipt photos.
Photos & Documents: Used when you select a business logo, signature, or attach documents.
OCR & PDF Tools: Processed on your device to extract text, sign PDFs, and generate documents.
2. App Permissions & Usage
Bizvy follows the principle of least privilege and does not request unnecessary permissions:
Internet Access: Required for Firebase authentication, cloud backup/sync, in-app purchases, and ads.
Camera: Used only when you actively trigger the barcode/QR scanner or take photos.
In-App Billing: Required for Google Play in-app purchases and subscriptions.
Storage & Media: Bizvy does NOT request broad storage permissions (such as READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, or READ_MEDIA_VIDEO). All file access is user-initiated via system file and photo pickers.
3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (Google Play Billing)
Bizvy provides premium features and subscriptions to enhance your business productivity. We offer the following auto-renewing subscription plans:
₹29 / MonthMonthly Subscription: Unlocks premium tools, ad-free experience, and advanced features billed monthly.
₹299 / YearYearly Subscription: Unlocks full premium features billed annually at a discounted rate.
Billing, Payment & Security:
All subscription payments and purchases are handled directly and securely through Google Play In-App Billing. Bizvy does not collect, store, or process any of your sensitive financial details (such as credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank account information).
Cancellation & Auto-Renewal:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to Google Play Store > Profile Icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions on your Android device.
Refunds are governed by Google Play's standard refund policies.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services for authentication, billing, and ad delivery:
Google Firebase: For secure authentication and cloud database management (Google Privacy Policy)
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): For displaying advertisements in the free version. AdMob may process device identifiers and advertising IDs (AdMob Policies)
5. How We Use Your Data
Invoice and receipt generation, stock management, and expense tracking
Managing active subscriptions and premium feature access
Account authentication and profile management
Exporting PDF invoices, receipts, and Excel reports at your request
Secure data backup and cloud synchronization
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to advertisers or third parties.
6. Data Retention, Storage & Security
Local Data: Stored locally in a secure application sandbox (Hive database). When you uninstall the app, all local data is permanently removed by the Android system.
Encryption: All communication between the app and servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
Security: Industry-standard security measures are implemented to protect your data from unauthorized access.
7. Account & Data Deletion
Users have full rights to permanently delete their account and associated data at any time.
All deletion requests are verified and permanently processed within 7 business days, removing all authentication records and cloud data.
8. Children's Privacy
Bizvy is designed for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
